Peter J. Schmid\u2019s practice focuses on Capital Markets & Finance, Corporate law, M&A, Pharma & Healthcare law.<\/p>\n

He has worked with several mandates in large restructurings of publicly listed as well as private corporations. Peter J. Schmid is a recognised representative according to art. 43 of the Listing Rules and is accordingly authorised to lodge applications for listed corporations with SIX Exchange Regulation. Since May 2023 Peter Schmid is working as a counsel and is no longer active in litigation.<\/p>\n

Finally, Peter J. Schmid serves as an executive body (in particular as a board member) in various areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n
